目的探析规范化治疗对妊娠期糖尿病患者妊娠结局的临床效果。方法选择我院产科收治的120例妊娠期糖尿病患者为研究对象,分为两组,其中血糖控制好为观察1组(n=70),血糖控制差为观察2组(n=50),再选择100例正常孕妇为对照组,比较三组妊娠结局。结果观察1组的产妇并发症及新生儿并发症发生率明显低于观察1组,组间对比差异明显(P<0.05)。结论临床上给予妊娠期糖尿病患者规范化治疗,可降低并发症发生率,改善妊娠结局。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of standardized treatment on gestational diabetes in gestational patients. Methods One hundred and twenty cases of gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to obstetrics and gynecology department of our hospital were divided into two groups. Among them, the control of blood glucose was better in observation group 1 (n = 70), the difference in blood glucose control was in observation group 2 (n = 50) Select 100 cases of normal pregnant women as control group, comparing the three groups of pregnancy outcomes. Results The incidence of maternal complications and neonatal complications in observation group 1 was significantly lower than that in observation group 1 (P <0.05). Conclusions The standardized treatment of gestational diabetes in clinic can reduce the incidence of complications and improve the outcome of pregnancy.
