近年来,国外在诊断技术上发展很快。这一方面是由于大型装置的安全可靠运行所需要,另一方面也是电子技术及计算技术的发展创造了有利条件。苏联和美国都有关于诊断技术的国家标准,美国还有专用的测试语言(ATLAS)。诊断技术是物理、数学、化学、机械、电子、仪器仪表和计算技术等各学科的综合。国内从事诊断技术研究的许多部门,经过积极酝酿、在国家经委设备管理协会的关怀和支持下,于1985年5月25—26日在郑州召开了中国机械设备诊断技术研究会的筹备会议暨成立大会。大会产生了以上海交大徐敏教授为理事长的理事会,决定成立若干地区分会以及组织、学术、情报出版及科普教育四个委员会和一个科技咨询服务部。此外,还设置诊断方法、
In recent years, foreign technology in the diagnosis of rapid development.
