一、质量与设计质量 ISO8402:1994给出了质量的定义:反映实体满足明确和隐含需要能力的特性总和 完整的质量要求应具有满足明确需要和隐含需要两个方面的能力。 “不合格”的定义:没有满足某个规定要求。“规定要求”往往反映在标准、规范中。这些要求源于顾客要求,但往往又不完全等同于顾客最终的使用要求。仅仅使用合格、不合格来评价质量要求是有局限性的,这就涉及评价质量的另一定义“缺陷”。
I. QUALITY AND DESIGN QUALITY ISO8402: 1994 gives the definition of quality: the sum of the characteristics that reflects the ability of the entity to meet the needs of the explicit and implicit needs. The complete quality requirements should have the ability to satisfy both explicit needs and implicit needs. Definition of “nonconformity”: did not meet a certain requirement. “Regulatory requirements” are often reflected in the standards and norms. These requirements from the customer requirements, but often not exactly the same as the final use of the customer requirements. Merely using qualified or unqualified to evaluate quality requirements is limited, and this involves another definition of “quality of defects.”
