目的:观察经直肠超声造影引导穿刺活检在诊断前列腺癌中的应用,评价其应用价值。方法:抽取2015年4月—2017年2月间在我院就诊的前列腺疾病患者130例为研究对象,均采用经直肠超声造影引导穿刺活检诊断,随后行病理确诊,观察诊断效果。结果:本组患者经直肠超声造影引导穿刺活检诊断54例为前列腺癌,前列腺良性增生伴炎症39例,不典型增生37例,检测敏感度为:96.15%;特异度为:100.0%;准确度为97.69%。结论:经直肠超声造影引导穿刺活检应用于前列腺的诊断中具有重要价值,有助于提高临床诊断检出率与准确率,为及时治疗提供参考依据,值得推广与应用。
Objective: To observe the application of transrectal ultrasound guided biopsy in the diagnosis of prostate cancer and evaluate its value. Methods: A total of 130 patients with prostate diseases who were treated in our hospital from April 2015 to February 2017 were enrolled in this study. All patients underwent transrectal ultrasound guided biopsy to diagnose them. Then their pathological findings were confirmed and the diagnostic results were observed. Results: 54 cases were diagnosed as prostate cancer by prostatic ultrasound guided biopsy, 39 cases were benign prostatic hyperplasia accompanied by inflammation and 37 cases were dysplasia. The detection sensitivity was 96.15%, specificity was 100.0%, accuracy 97.69%. Conclusion: Transrectal ultrasound guided guided biopsy is of great value in the diagnosis of prostate, which helps to improve the detection rate and accuracy of clinical diagnosis, and provides reference for timely treatment. It is worthy of promotion and application.
