随着社会经济的发展,农村的少儿教育也逐步得到普及。而在艺术教育方面,农村与城市仍存在着较大的差距,这是当今社会教育的一个不争的事实。造成这一“事实”的原因有很多,其中很重要的一点是由于农村中小学教师舞蹈素质较差导致的。而高等师范院校是培养中小学教师的基地,如何提高高等师范学生的艺术素质是摆在高师艺术教师面前的一大课题。
With the development of society and economy, children’s education in rural areas has also been gradually popularized. In art education, there is still a big gap between rural areas and cities. This is an indisputable fact in today’s social education. There are many reasons for this “fact.” One of the most important reasons is the poor quality of primary and secondary school teachers in rural areas. Higher normal colleges and universities are the bases for primary and secondary school teachers. How to improve the artistic quality of higher normal school students is a major issue that teachers of higher arts should face.
