On October 21-22, 1998, a seminar entitled “Diversification of Property Rights Reform and Ownership Realization” sponsored by Deng Xiaoping Theory Research Society of Guangzhou was held in Party School of CPC Dongguan Municipal Committee. More than 40 delegates attended the conference. The meeting was presided over by Wang Jinpeng, vice chairman of the Deng Xiaoping Theory Research Institute of Guangzhou Municipality, Qi Hanzhai, president of the Party School of Dongfan Municipal Party Committee, and Wu Jinda, executive vice president of the Deng Xiaoping Theory Research Institute of Guangzhou Municipality, respectively
