集体所有制经济是国民经济的重要组成部分,在国民经济发展中有重要地位和作用,而且有很强的生命力和广阔发展前景,这已是不争的事实,并在《中华人民共和国城镇集体所有制企业条例》和《中华人民共和国宪法》中都有明确规定。但是在社会主义市场经济条件下,如何发挥城镇集体经济联合组织——各级联社的作用,促进城镇集体经济进一步的发展,却是需要认真研究解决的新课题。
It is an undisputable fact that the collective-owned economy is an important part of the national economy and plays an important role in the development of the national economy. It is an indisputable fact that it has strong vitality and broad prospects for development. In the case of the “collectively-owned enterprises in cities and towns of the People’s Republic of China Ordinance ”and“ Constitution of the People’s Republic of China ”have clearly defined. However, under the conditions of a socialist market economy, how to bring into play the role of the coalition of collective economic organizations in cities and towns - the role of all the affiliated associations and promoting the further development of urban collective economy is a new topic that needs careful study and solution.
