目的对分离自雾霾的一株溶血性细菌进行种属鉴定。方法使用自然沉降法收集某地雾霾环境下的微生物进行培养,对分离的细菌纯化培养后进行革兰氏染色、16S rDNA序列分析和生化鉴定。结果从雾霾中分离获得一株革兰氏阳性球菌,经生理生化反应鉴定为西宫微球菌,16S rDNA测序分析与生化结果一致。结论雾霾空气中存在条件致病菌西宫微球菌,鉴定该菌对研究和防治公共卫生安全有重要意义。
Objective To identify the species of a hemolytic bacterium isolated from smog. Methods The natural sedimentation method was used to collect the microorganisms under the haze environment in a certain area for culture. The isolated bacteria were purified and cultured for Gram stain, 16S rDNA sequence analysis and biochemical identification. Results A Gram-positive coccus was isolated from haze and identified as Micrococcus mirabilis by physiological and biochemical reactions. The 16S rDNA sequence analysis was consistent with the biochemical results. Conclusion There are conditions in the haze air pathogenic bacteria Micrococcus mirabilis, identification of the bacteria for the study and prevention and treatment of public health and safety is of great significance.
