病险水库实际上就是极易在洪汛期出现问题的环节,这类水库对于周边人民群众的生命安全、财产安全等带来了直接的影响,同时也对于整个国家经济体系的建设带来了阻碍。因此,针对病险水库采取一系列的除险加固措施,对于社会的稳定发展和周边群众的生命财产安全来说,有着至关重要的作用。本篇文章主要针对中小型水库大坝除险加固常见问题以及加固措施进行了全面详细的探讨,以期为我国的水库大坝体系发展作出贡献。
In fact, dangerous reservoirs are extremely vulnerable to problems during the flood season. Therefore, taking a series of measures to reinforce and eliminate hazards for reservoirs in danger has a crucial role to the stable development of society and the safety of life and property for the surrounding people.
