一九五八年我市教研室组织市机级关幼儿园、毓璜顶小学、烟台二中三个单位进行“一条龙”综合性教育实验.目的是:在教育要“三个面向”的方针指导下,系统地探索青少年身心全面发展的规律.它是教学体制、课程设置、教材内容、教学方法、考试方法等多方面改革和统筹安排的一种系统性、综合性实验.它把幼儿、小学、中学几个原来相对独立的学校,统一在一个教学管理体制下,采用追踪研究和多学科同时并进的方式,统筹确定实验课题和开展实验活动.它便于系统、全面地研究、总结教育教学规律,为建立一种新的基础教育
