目的探索卫生统计学理论与方法在病案质量监控工作中的应用方法。方法根据资料特征研究挖掘出一系列评价指标体系,针对于评价指标常用的分析方法有对比法、重组法、排序法、分布法和作图法等。结果评价指标体系和评价方法的合理使用,配合规范化的表达方式,能很好地展示病案质量的真实情况。结论病案质量监控的统计分析方法提高了病案质控工作的质量和效率。
Objective To explore the application of health statistics theory and methods in medical record quality control. Methods A series of evaluation index system was excavated according to the research of data features. There are comparative analysis, reorganization, sorting, distribution and mapping for the commonly used analysis methods of evaluation index. The results of the evaluation index system and evaluation methods of rational use, with the standardization of expression, can well show the true quality of medical records. Conclusion The statistical analysis of medical record quality control improves the quality and efficiency of the medical record quality control work.
