通过对江苏省206名不同年龄、不同职业的健身妇女锻炼的坚持性和参与程度的调查,结果表明:强身健体、心理调适、减肥增重、健美体形、休闲娱乐和兴趣爱好是广大妇女坚持锻炼的主要动机。其中强身健体、休闲娱乐和兴趣爱好等动机对妇女锻炼的坚持性和参与性有重要的影响,而心理调适、减肥增重等动机对妇女锻炼的参与性影响大于坚持性,社会交往、追求时尚、防病治病等动机只对妇女锻炼参与性有显著影响,对锻炼的坚持性影响不显著。锻炼动机对不同年龄和不同职业妇女锻练的坚持性和参与程度的影响存在显著差异。
