现代化农业是人们利用生物的生活机能和外界的自然力,通过自己的劳动去强化或控制生物的生命过程,以达到符合社会需要产品的先进生产水平,它标志着产量高、产值高、商品率高和成本低诸方向,这是世界生产史发展的必然趋向。如果不从生产史的发展观来要求,还是“今不如昔”或“抱残守缺”,那么就用不着侈谈农业现代化了!中央领导同志提出:“要走出一条中国式的现代化道路”。这就是说要结合我国的资源和具体情况,扬长避短,从实地起步。茶叶生产是农业现代化的组成部分,当然也要遵循这条道路前进。
