计算机技术应用到粉末药材鉴定的领域中来,这是值得注意的动向。本文介绍Jolliffe等人用计算机检索粉末生药的新方法。他们以11类30个简单的生药显微特征为指标,观察174种标准药材,其结果编码后输入计算机,作为数据库。再用同样的指标观察待检品,其结果也编码后输入。计算机将待检品的编码信息和每一标准药材进行比较,并对每一标准药材评分,二者越相似,得分就越高。计算机根据得分检索出和待检品完全一致或较接近的标准药材。此法简便、迅速、准确,较无显微鉴别经验者也能应用。
The application of computer technology to the field of appraisal of powder medicines is a noteworthy trend. This article describes the new method used by Jolliffe et al. to search for powdered crude drugs by computer. They used 11 types of 30 simple crude drug microscopic features as indicators, observed 174 kinds of standard medicinal materials, and the results were encoded and entered into a computer as a database. The same indicator is used to observe the test product, and the result is also input after coding. The computer compares the coded information of the tested product with each standard medicine and scores each standard medicine. The more similar the two, the higher the score. According to the score, the computer retrieves the standard medicinal material that is exactly the same as or close to the test product. This method is simple, rapid, accurate, and can be applied without any microscopic identification experience.
