近年来我科用中西医结合方法治疗尿毒症8例,对降低非蛋白氮,改善临床症状取得一定的疗效。一、一般资料:男性2例,女性6例。20岁以下2例;20～40岁4例;40～50岁2例。病程最长97天,最短26天。二、治疗方法:(一)口服中药:(1)脾肾阳虚夹瘀者,治宜温阳健脾益气,佐以活血化瘀。处方:附子9克,党参15克,黄芪15克,白术10克,三棱10克,莪术10克,茯苓15克,干姜3克,制川军10克,生牡蛎30克。每日1剂,煎液成200毫升,分2次服。(2) 气阴两虚夹湿夹瘀者,治宜益气养阴,佐以清热解毒,活血化瘀。处方:党参15克,黄芪15克,玄参12克,银花10克,连翘10克,丹参30克,生大黄10克,川连10
