改革以来,我们军工企业如同其它国有工业企业一样,在经济体制上经历了由社会主义计划经济体制向社会主义市场经济体制的转变;在企业领导体制上经历了由党委领导下的厂长负责制向厂长负责制的转变;在经营战略上经历了由单纯军工产品生产向军民结合和军转民的转变。与之相适应,在经营观念上经历了由“以产定销”到市场营销的转变。
