目的观察三种不同的空气消毒方法在手术室空气消毒中的应用效果,以寻求最佳空气消毒方法。方法采用平板沉降法进行采样和培养,对三种空气消毒方法消毒普通手术间空气的效果进行比较。结果每种消毒方法均作用1 h,以空气中总菌数≤200 cfu/m3为合格。动态消毒机消毒后空气质量合格率为100%,紫外线灯照射法合格率为78.26%,用含醋酸氯已定3800~4000 mg/L含酒精复合溶液按5 m l/m3剂量喷雾消毒合格率为93.62%。结论使用动态消毒机对手术室空气净化效果最好。
Objective To observe the application effect of three different methods of air disinfection in the air disinfection of operating room in order to seek the best air disinfection method.
