目的研究转化生长因子-β受体Ⅱ(transforming growth factor type-Ⅱreceptor,TβRⅡ)及转化生长因子-β受体Ⅲ(transforming growth factor type-Ⅲreceptor,TβRⅢ)在口腔黏膜白斑组织中的表达情况。方法应用免疫组织化学技术分析临床收集的25例口腔正常黏膜组织、21例不伴上皮异常增生的口腔白斑组织、24例伴有异常增生的口腔白斑组织中TβRⅡ和TβRⅢ的表达。结果 TβRⅡ弥漫性强阳性细胞数正常组织中为40.0%,白斑不伴异常增生组织中下降到32.3%,白斑伴有异常增生组织中下降到19.7%,差异有统计学意义(P=0.039)。TβRⅢ弥漫性强阳性细胞数正常组织中为28.0%,白斑不伴异常增生组织中下降到19.1%,白斑伴有异常增生组织中下降到12.6%,差异有统计学意义(P=0.032)。结论 TβRⅡ和TβRⅢ的表达下调在口腔黏膜癌变过程中是一种频发现象,且可以发生在癌变的早期阶段即口腔白斑组织中。
Objective To investigate the expression of transforming growth factor-β receptor Ⅱ (TβRⅡ) and transforming growth factor-β receptor Ⅲ (TβRⅢ) in oral leukoplakia. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to analyze the expression of TβRⅡ and TβRⅢ in 25 cases of oral mucosa, 21 cases of oral leukoplakia without epithelial dysplasia and 24 cases of dysplasia of oral leukoplakia. Results The number of diffuse strong positive cells of TβRⅡ was 40.0% in normal tissues, 32.3% in leukoplakia without abnormal proliferation and 19.7% in leukoplakia with abnormal proliferation (P = 0.039). The number of diffuse strong positive cells in TβRⅢ was 28.0% in normal tissues, 19.1% in leukoplakia with abnormal tissues, and 12.6% in leukoplakia with abnormal tissues, the difference was statistically significant (P = 0.032). Conclusion The down-regulation of TβRⅡ and TβRⅢ is a frequent occurrence in the carcinogenesis of oral mucosa and may occur in the early stages of carcinogenesis, ie, oral leukoplakia.
