针对多机驱动上运式带式输送机的逆止器工作时存在承载不均的问题,提出应对其配备均载装置。详细推导和论述了接触式逆止器弹簧均载装置达到均载所必须具备的初始条件,以及液压均载装置的结构和工作原理。
Aiming at the problem of unbalanced bearing in the backstop of multi-machine driven overhead belt conveyor, it is proposed to equip it with load balancing device. The initial condition that must be possessed by the spring loaded device of the contact backstop to achieve equal load and the structure and working principle of the hydraulic load equalizer are deduced and discussed in detail.
