目的探讨我国尘肺病诊断胸片技术要求与数字化X射线摄影系统(DR)的相关问题。方法回顾我国尘肺病诊断胸片技术要求的演变,同时简介DR的应用。结果根据我国现行的GBZ 70—2002《尘肺病诊断标准》要求,DR技术尚不能作为诊断用胶片,但可以在一定条件下使用。结论必须规范我国DR技术在尘肺检查中的应用,建议我国现行《尘肺病诊断标准》对胸片的技术要求应适时作相应的修订或补充。
Objective To investigate the technical requirements of the diagnostic pneumoconiosis in our country and the related problems of the digital radiography system (DR). Methods To review the evolution of pneumoconiosis diagnosis in our country, and to introduce the application of DR. Results According to the current GBZ 70-2002 “pneumoconiosis diagnostic criteria” requirements, DR technology is still not as a diagnostic film, but can be used under certain conditions. Conclusion It is necessary to standardize the application of DR technology in pneumoconiosis in our country. It is suggested that the technical requirements of the diagnostic criteria for pneumoconiosis in our country should be amended or supplemented in time.
