当前,究竟如何改进思想政治工作,各行都应有切合本单位实际情况的打算。现就我县思想政治工作存在的问题,提以下几点改进建议。一、应有专人专管,实行定职定位。现存,虽然从支行到所、社都指定一名领导兼管思想政治工作,但由于是挂名的,所以有的常常是兼而不顾。有的采取发动人人做思想政治工作的办法,但在发动人人做思想政治工作的背后,往往是人人都不做,结果,思想政治工作还是放荒。因此,思想政治工作应配一批专门的具体负责的干部来抓。实行定员定职定位,
