胃幽门弯曲菌感染和许多上胃肠道疾病有关,胃镜下取活检组织进行尿素酶试验是临床上简便实用的检测方法,传统使用的尿素酶试液或琼脂不便于贮存和运输,为此我们研制成快速尿素酶试纸。在159例连续胃镜检查病人的前瞻性研究中,试纸诊断的敏感性为80％,特异性100％,达到国内外快速尿素酶试液和琼脂的水平,试纸于室温中保存半年不失效,体积小可通过信件邮寄。快速尿素酶试纸的研制成功将有助于幽门弯曲菌临床研究的普及。
