桦树花环扁叶蜂(又叫桦树黑点叶蜂)是属于膜翅目、叶蜂科全变态的食叶害虫,在阿勒泰地区严重危害疣枝桦。分布于阿勒泰市、布尔津和哈巴河县等天然和人工桦树林,以幼虫危害叶片,严重时先把树冠叶片全部啃食完后,下树后再威胁附近的其他桦树。从哈巴河和布尔津天然桦树叶蜂的调查结果来看,每年5月20日～6月15日左右是幼虫期(看开春和天气情况)。
