9月1日,民政部和国家标准委联合发布《全国民政标准2006～2010年发展规划》。《规划》提出了今后5年全国民政国家标准及行业标准的指导思想、主要目标、重点领域和保障措施,对开展民政标准化工作具有重要的指导作用。至此,一项全面涵盖15个民政分领域、共计260项标准计划项目的标准发展规划列入民政事业发展轨道,将强力推进民政服务创新。
On September 1, the Ministry of Civil Affairs and the National Standards Commission jointly released the “National Civil Affairs Standard 2006-2010 Development Plan.” The Plan puts forward the guiding ideology, major objectives, key areas and safeguard measures for the national standards and industrial standards of the entire country in the next five years, and plays an important guiding role in the standardization of civil affairs. At this point, a standard development plan covering a total of 15 civil affairs subdivisions and a total of 260 standard-setting projects has been included in the development of civil affairs and will vigorously promote civil service innovation.
