经国家技术监督局批准成立的全国焊接标准化技术委员会钎焊分技术委员会,于1989年21～23日在山西省太原市召开成立大会和首次会议。会议向分技术委员会委员颁发了国家技术监督局的聘书,传达了关于全国焊接标准化技术委员会由国家技术监督局直接领导的决定,学习了全国标准化法及全国专业技术委员会章程草案等文件。
The National Welding Standardization Technical Committee Brazing Weld Subcommittee, approved by the State Bureau of Technical Supervision, held the inaugural meeting and the first meeting from 21 to 23 September 1989 in Taiyuan, Shanxi Province. The meeting issued a letter of appointment from the State Technical Supervision Bureau to subcommittee members and conveyed the decision of the National Welding Standardization Technical Committee directly under the leadership of the State Bureau of Technical Supervision. It also studied the national standardization law and the draft articles of association of the National Professional Technical Committee.
