我厂建于1955年,是国家定点生产圆柱直齿轮机床的全民所有制企业,从事机床制造业已有近30年的历史。目前已形成年产机床2000台的能力,主要经济技术指标均跨进了省机床同行业的先进水平,产品畅销全国,远销欧洲和东南亚地区。企业的后劲,来源于新品开发和技术储备。因此,我厂始终把这两项工作放在突出的位置抓紧抓好。在开发新品方面,我厂与科研单位合作,研制成功了SFJ—1型浆纱机,投放市场后,深受用户欢迎。1985年荣获国家科技进步二等奖(无一等奖)。是整个浆纱机系列中唯一获此殊荣的产品。1985年,我厂工程技术人员还自行研制成功了C6136Y普通车床并通过鉴定。在参加上海经济区首届机床工具产品展览会时,博得了行家和客户的一致好评。同年还试制成功了CJK6136A简易数控车床。1987年DA180普通车床荣获江苏省新产品“金牛奖”和荣获“江苏省优质产品”称号。

In the development of new products, our factory cooperated with research institutes and successfully developed the SFJ-1 sizing machine. After it was put on the market, it was welcomed by users. In 1985, he won the second prize for national science and technology progress (no first prize). This is the only product in the entire sizing machine line that has won this award. In 1985, our engineering and technical personnel also successfully developed the C6136Y lathe and passed the appraisal. When participating in the first machine tool products exhibition in Shanghai Economic Zone, it won the unanimous praise from the experts and customers. In the same year, the CJK6136A simple CNC lathe was also successfully tested. In 1987, DA180 ordinary lathes won the “Golden Bull Award” for new products in Jiangsu Province and won the title of “Quality Products in Jiangsu Province”.
