国家“七五”科技攻关项目“高坝地基岩体稳定性评价及可利用岩体质量标准研究”(专题编号为17-3-3),研究工作紧密结合二滩工程进行,对于降低工程造价、加快水电建设具有重要意义。 1986年9月,我院作为第一负责单位承担了该专题的科研任务,并与原水电部科技司正式签订了合同。1987年元月召开了子题招标会议,并与12个科研单位、高等院校及兄弟设计院签订了19项子题合同。经过近三年来的努力,目前已完成子题阶段成果63份,子题总报告15份。本专题的研究成果,已直接应用于二滩工程的优化设计与国际招标文件,并与另两项研究专题(编号为17-2-2和17-2-5)一起,对二滩工程产生了巨大的经济效益:与初步设计相比节约坝体混凝土68万m~3,减少
National “Seventh Five-Year Plan” Scientific and Technological Project “Study on Stability Evaluation of Rock Foundations for High Dam Foundations and Study on Quality Standards of Available Rock Masses” (topic number 17-3-3). Research work is closely linked with Ertan Project to reduce project cost It is of great significance to speed up the construction of hydropower. In September 1986, our institute as the first responsible unit undertook the scientific research task of this topic, and formally signed a contract with the Science and Technology Department of the former Ministry of Water Resources. In January 1987, a sub-question tender meeting was held, and 19 sub-project contracts were signed with 12 scientific research institutes, universities and colleges and brother design institutes. After nearly three years of hard work, 63 subtopics have been completed and 15 subtopics have been reported. The research results of this topic have been directly applied to the optimization design and international bidding documents of the Ertan Project, and together with the other two research topics (numbers 17-2-2 and 17-2-5), the Ertan Project has been produced.
