本文报告4例特殊综合征,主要包括(一)单侧三叉神经痛,(二)牙关紧闭,(三)累及其他脑神经,及(四)口咽及软腭部发现肿瘤。皆为唾腺型的混合瘤,起源于下颌升枝内侧间隙的腮腺前內侧部。一例肿瘤內部有可疑恶变区域,惟病变较局限且症状甚少。余三例皆恶性,有明显的局部侵犯及破坏,以及远处转移。肿瘤皆起源于下颌內侧间隙,是后累及翼突窝、腮腺后窝、翼腭窝及岩蝶区的全部或一部。二例经外侧切口,将下颌骨切除后,始将原发肿瘤全部截除。
This article reports 4 cases of special syndromes, including (a) unilateral trigeminal neuralgia, (b) the closure of the teeth, (c) the involvement of other cranial nerves, and (d) the oropharyngeal and soft palate found in the tumor. All are salivary gland mixed tumor, originated in the mandibular ligation of the medial parotid gland front medial part. One case of suspicious malignant tumor within the region, but the lesser limitations and symptoms. More than three cases were malignant, with obvious local violations and sabotage, as well as distant metastasis. Tumors are originated in the medial mandibular space, after involving the wing puddle, parotid gland, pterygopalatine fossa and all or part of the rock butterflies. Two cases of the incision through the outside, the mandibular resection, the beginning of all the primary tumor amputated.
