随着我国经济的不断发展,我国的教育事业也在不断向前发展着,教育的普及程度也越来越大,国家要从根本上抓紧教育管理,从整体上提升教育事业的水平。现在,藏族的教育越来越受到国家的重视,但藏族班在接受教育的时候,由于教育资源的短缺和藏族学生的求知欲望不高,以及大部分家长文化程度的影响等诸多因素,很多老师对藏族班的管理缺乏信心和无计可施的现象。这对班主任进行班级管理带来了一定困难。
