外教是高校日语专业教师队伍中的重要力量,外教教学具有明显的语言优势和文化优势,但也存在着一定的不足。加强对外教的管理工作,合理安排外教课程,并探索新的授课模式,有助于扬长避短,更好地发挥外教的作用,提高学生的日语水平。
Foreign teachers are an important force in the ranks of Japanese professional teachers in universities. Foreign teachers have obvious linguistic and cultural advantages, but there are also some shortcomings. Strengthening the management of foreign teachers, arranging foreign teachers ’courses reasonably, and exploring new teaching modes will help to avoid weaknesses, give full play to the role of foreign teachers and enhance students’ Japanese proficiency.
