随着中国民航业的迅猛发展,民航翻译市场不断繁荣,而其专业译员却难以满足市场需求。以民航翻译相关从业人员为研究对象的问卷调查探讨了这些人员在翻译过程中遭遇的瓶颈及其工作模式,进而挖掘了影响译员翻译工作质量与效率的因素。调查问卷的分析结果表明,以项目管理为指导理念的团队翻译工作模式,能够在保证翻译质量、优化工作时间、缓解心理压力和创造学习机会方面有效地改善民航译员的工作效度。
With the rapid development of China’s civil aviation industry, the civil aviation translation market is booming while its professional translators are unable to meet the market demand. Based on the questionnaire survey of civil aviation translators, this paper discusses the bottlenecks encountered by these translators and their working patterns, and then explores the factors influencing the quality and efficiency of translators’ translation work. The analysis of the questionnaire shows that the team translation model guided by project management can effectively improve the efficiency of civil aviation translators in terms of ensuring the quality of translation, optimizing working hours, relieving psychological pressure and creating learning opportunities.
