7月25日上午,省十二届人大常委会第五次会议举行第二次全体会议,会议听取了省发改委主任李安泽受省政府委托所作的《江西省人民政府关于2013年上半年国民经济和社会发展计划执行情况的报告》。下午,对报告进行了分组审议,现将部分常委会组成人员的审议发言摘登如下。朱秉发副主任:上半年经济社会发展稳中有进,饱含了省直有关部门的辛勤努力,特别是省发改委做了大量工作。我认为,高铁是支撑江西未来发展的重要突破口,高铁建设也是今后一个时期投资的重要方向。希望省发改委继续努力,多为我省争取一些高铁项目,夯实我省发展后劲。

High-speed railway construction is also an important direction for investment in the coming period. Hope that the Provincial Development and Reform Commission to continue its efforts, for our province for some high-speed rail projects, consolidate the development potential of our province.
