进入新世纪以来,国内各行各业都有很大发展,各种先进科技和理念不断得到应用,在航空领域内,维修是非常重要的一个环节,整个过程也十分复杂,受到很多因素的制约,这些都对航空维修的质量有重大影响。在各种影响因素中,人为因素对维修质量有很大影响,但是因为各个人为因素之间是互相依赖与反馈的,只是程度不同,而且大部分分析人为因素的方法都假设各个因素是互相独立的,所以无法有效的分析关键人为因素的影响。本文主要使用DEMATEL-ANP法对航空维修过程中人为因素进行分析,进而为航空维修提供借鉴,促进维修质量的提高。
Since the beginning of the new century, all walks of life in our country have made great progress. Various advanced technologies and concepts have been continuously applied. In the field of aviation, maintenance is a very important link. The whole process is also very complicated and is constrained by many factors. All of these have a significant impact on the quality of aviation maintenance. Among various influencing factors, the human factors have a great influence on the quality of the repairs, but because the interpersonal factors are interdependent and feedback only to a different degree, and most of the methods for analyzing the human factors assume that the factors are mutually Independent, so can not effectively analyze the impact of key human factors. In this paper, DEMATEL-ANP method is mainly used to analyze the human factors in the aviation maintenance process, and then to provide reference for aviation maintenance, to promote the improvement of the quality of maintenance.
