标本质量是检验质量的基础,完善血液的采集及贮存过程是保证血标本质量的关键,这一基础性工作的关键就在于采贮器械。 目前在国外多采用预真空的采血器。在我国由于价格等因素的影响,虽有引进但难以推广,普遍采用的是注射器采血后再注入试管贮存送检的办法,但这一过程易造成血标本的污染、溶血或倾洒,而影响血液的检验质量。为此特设计了一种专用的采血器(已获专利)。构造见附图: 使用时,手持空芯针栓,穿刺血管,见回血后固定空芯针栓,另只手拉刻度试管,使血液经空芯针栓入刻度试管,足量后,拔出针头备用(刻度试管;兼做盛血样管)。检验时去空芯针栓即可。全过程可完全避免血标本的污染、溶血或倾洒,且节省试管简化了
