目的:观察白藜芦醇对2型糖尿病大鼠眼部的外观及组织病理学结构的影响。方法:采用高糖高脂饮食加小剂量链脲佐菌素(STZ,35mg·kg~(-1))联合诱导制备2型糖尿病大鼠模型,观察白藜芦醇对大鼠眼部的外观及组织病理学结构的影响。结果:实验性2型糖尿病大鼠在应用白藜芦醇治疗后,血脂明显改善,与模型组比较有显著的统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。眼的外观和组织病理学变化明显减轻。结论:白藜芦醇能有效地调节2型糖尿病大鼠脂代谢紊乱,改善2型糖尿病大鼠眼的损伤。
Objective: To observe the effect of resveratrol on ocular appearance and histopathology of type 2 diabetic rats. Methods: A rat model of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) was induced by high-fat and high-fat diet combined with low dose of streptozotocin (STZ, 35 mg · kg -1). The appearance of resveratrol And the impact of histopathology. Results: After treatment with resveratrol, the blood lipids in experimental type 2 diabetic rats were significantly improved, which were significantly different from those in model group (P <0.05, P <0.01). Eye appearance and histopathological changes significantly reduced. Conclusion: Resveratrol can effectively regulate the disorder of lipid metabolism in type 2 diabetic rats and improve the ocular injury in type 2 diabetic rats.
