目的:探讨中医学结合治疗必尿系结石的效果。方法:选取中医门诊46例病患,经B超检查或者腹部造影诊断有结石及肾积水,患者治疗均以中药通淋化石汤为基础方。结果:46例患者中治愈31例(67.4%);显效13例(28.2%),无效2例(4.4%),总有效率为95.6%。其中最短排石时间为7.5小时,最长排石时间为23天,平均14天。结论:中西诸药合用有相互协同作用,调动了机体自身排石功能,增强疗效,从而促进机体的排石。
Objective: To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of urinary stones. Methods: 46 cases of Chinese medicine clinic were selected and diagnosed with stones and hydronephrosis by B-mode ultrasonography or abdominal angiography. The patients were treated with traditional Chinese medicine Tongliao Fushi Decoction. Results: Among 46 patients, 31 cases were cured (67.4%), 13 cases (28.2%) were markedly effective and 2 cases (4.4%) were ineffective. The total effective rate was 95.6%. The shortest row of stone time of 7.5 hours, the longest row of stone for 23 days, an average of 14 days. Conclusion: The combination of Chinese and western medicine has mutual synergy, mobilizing the body’s own row of stone function, enhance the efficacy, thereby promoting the body row of stone.
