目的 :探讨利用手指血取样代替静脉血对丙戊酸进行药物监测的可能性。方法 :应用柱前衍生化反相高效液相色谱法对同时采集的手指血与静脉血样进行测定。结果 :患者静脉血与手指血丙戊酸血药浓度二者相关性好(r=0.9940) ,经统计学分析(配对t检验)二者无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论 :应用高效液相色谱法对丙戊酸进行治疗药物监测 ,可以用手指血代替静脉血。且手指采血具有方便、患者易接受、用血量少等优点 ,更利于临床推广应用TDM。
Objective: To explore the possibility of drug monitoring of valproate using finger blood sampling instead of venous blood. Methods: Finger blood and venous blood samples collected simultaneously were detected by precolumn derivatization reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography. Results: There was no significant difference (P> 0.05) between the venous blood of patients and finger plasma concentration of valproic acid (r = 0.9940), the statistical analysis (paired t test). CONCLUSIONS: HPLC is used to monitor valproate for therapeutic drugs, and finger blood can be used instead of venous blood. And finger blood is convenient, patients are easy to accept, with less blood, etc., more conducive to the clinical application of TDM.
