广东调研工作回顾: 2003年3月,由广东省委书记张德江,省长黄华华联名邀请,广东省工业副省长游宁丰与广东省经贸委主任一行赴北京正式委托中国纺织工业协会对广东省纺织产业开展咨询; 2003年3月～2003年6月,中国纺织工业协会组建咨询领导小组和工作班子,进入广东咨询项目的前期准备工作,由于处于非典时期,工作重点放在人员组织、资料收集、理论培训等方面; 2003年7月8日～2003年7月16日,中国纺织工业协会针对“广东省纺织产业竞争力研究”对广东纺织产业进行实地调研,专家组一行50人,分四路分别赴广州、深圳、佛山、汕头、珠海、中山、揭阳、东莞、开平等市县,以及29个镇(区)、150余户企
Guangdong Research Review: In March 2003, invited by Guangdong Provincial Party Committee Secretary Zhang Dejiang and Governor Huang Huahua, Vice Mayor You Ningfeng of Guangdong Province and director of Guangdong Economic and Trade Commission went to Beijing to formally entrust the China Textile Industry Association to the textile of Guangdong Province Industry consulting; March 2003 ~ June 2003, the China Textile Industry Association set up advisory leadership team and work team to enter the Guangdong consulting project preparatory work, due to SARS period, the focus on staff organization, data collection, Theoretical training, etc. From July 8, 2003 to July 16, 2003, China Textile Industry Association conducted a field survey on the textile industry in Guangdong in light of the “Research on the Competitiveness of Textile Industry in Guangdong Province” They went to cities and counties of Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Foshan, Shantou, Zhuhai, Zhongshan, Jieyang, Dongguan and Kaiping, respectively, and 29 towns (districts) and 150 households
