用点滴法系统监测了河北省主要棉区广平县、冀县、辛集市、献县和定兴县的棉铃虫对常用杀虫剂主要品种的抗药性。各地棉铃虫对溴氰菊酯的抗性逐年增加,由1991年的10~31倍增加到1995年的200倍以上。对久效磷的抗性也呈逐年增加的趋势,由10~22倍增长到40倍以上。对辛硫磷和对硫磷,各地棉铃虫的敏感性缓慢地逐年下降,至1995年,敏感性降低4~11倍,处于敏感性明显降低和产生低度抗性之间。对于另一种有机磷杀虫剂甲胺磷,各地棉铃虫则均保持敏感。各地棉铃虫对灭多威的抗性已由1992年的4.2~6.6倍缓慢发展到1995年的10倍以上。
The resistance of cotton bollworm to the main insecticide varieties in Guangping, Ji County, Xinji City, Xianxian County and Dingxing County of main cotton areas in Hebei province was monitored by using the drip method. The resistance of cotton bollworm to deltamethrin increased year by year, from 10 to 31 times in 1991 to more than 200 times in 1995. The resistance to monocrotophos also showed an increasing trend year by year, from 10 to 22 times more than 40 times. Sensitivity to phoxim and parathion to cotton bollworm slowly declined year by year. By 1995, the sensitivity was reduced by 4 to 11 times, with a significant decrease in sensitivity and low resistance. For another organophosphorus insecticide methamidophos, cotton bollworm around all remain sensitive. The resistance of Helicoverpa armigera to methomyl in all parts of the world has slowly developed from 4.2 to 6.6 times in 1992 to more than 10 times in 1995.
