骨盆CO_2激光内窥镜手术时出现大量的烟雾和碳化物是激光妇科外科的常见问题。激光烟雾不仅影响外科视野,而且减少所发激光效力。临床已试用一种阀门系统,其在保持气腹控制的同时易于吸除激光手术中产生的碎片。这个系统亦能去除产生的气体和液体,而且没有污染手术室环境和医院的真空装置操纵系统。
Pelvis CO 2 laser endoscopic surgery when a large number of smoke and carbides is a common problem in gynecological surgery. Laser smoke not only affects the surgical field but also reduces the effectiveness of the emitted laser. A valve system has been tested clinically for ease of aspiration of debris generated during laser surgery while maintaining pneumoperitoneum control. The system also removes the gases and liquids produced and does not contaminate the operating room environment and the hospital’s vacuum system.
