对珠海市近海水域256份海产品和淡水产品受汞镉铅砷污染状况进行监测。结果表明污染程度与水产品的种类有关,淡水鱼和多数海鱼有毒元素含量低于国家食品卫生标准,食用安全;少数底栖性的海鱼和甲壳类、贝壳类镉铅含量超过国家食品卫生标准多倍,超标率高。建议不能经常大量食用沙蚬、生蚝、虾蛄等贝壳类和甲壳类。珠海市水产品受汞镉铅砷污染现况应引起政府有关部门的重视。
256 seafood and freshwater products in the coastal waters of Zhuhai were monitored for mercury, cadmium, lead, and arsenic pollution. The results showed that the degree of contamination was related to the types of aquatic products. The content of toxic elements in freshwater fish and most marine fish was lower than the national food hygiene standard and was safe for food consumption. The minority of benthic marine fish and crustacean shellfish contained more cadmium and lead than the national food hygiene standards Times, exceeding the high rate. It is recommended not to eat large quantities of sand, oysters, shrimp and other shellfish and crustaceans. The situation of Zhuhai aquatic products contaminated by mercury, cadmium, lead and arsenic should arouse the attention of relevant government departments.
