工程预算作为对一项工程收支的预计,对企业有着十分重要的作用,直接关系到企业的盈利能力。通过几年来的工作、学习、实践,使我深刻体会到:作为一名优秀的经济工作者,不仅要德,才兼备,而且必须具有不断实践、总结、进取、奉献的精神。预算工作者创造的功绩应该说是最伟大的,但又是无名的(许多事不宜公开)。默默无闻地、辛勤地为企业奉献着。本文就如何更好的做好企业工程预算提出了几个方面的观点以供同行们参考。
Project budget, as an estimate of revenue and expenditure for a project, plays a very important role for the enterprise and is directly related to the profitability of the enterprise.
