F30-IIB型200mAX线机,功能较全,操作方便,但该机电子限时器的故障率较高,直接影响X线摄片感光量以及病人和工作人员的健康。当x线发生后,不能及时关闭时,又可直接危及球管、高压变压器等的安全。因此,对该机电子限时器发生的故障加以分析具有现实意义,现将其分述如下。一、曝光时间普遍明显缩短,胶片感光不足检查:卸下高压变压器初级的保险丝,打开控制台后盖,对控制台通电,进行摄片操作。除各档时间明显缩短外,各继电器动作次序正常。用万用表测得C_2(电源滤波电容)二端有250V电源电压.用R×10K档测C_3(限时充电电容)充放电正常,无极间短路现象。测电阻群各电阻阻值,发
