为直接测定驻室温度,以预混于实验气体中微量四氟甲烷CF4在高温下热分解反应的动力学分析为基础,采用一个快速单向进样阀于喉道前部对反射激波后的气体进行采样,通过气相色谱方法检测反应终产物四氟乙稀C2F4的浓度作为温度指示,测量激波风洞中反射激波后驻室的温度。应用于最新研制成功的爆轰驱动激波风洞驻室温度测量的结果显示其采样技术及化学温标方法是适用的。讨论了用氢氧爆轰驱动产生的管壁凝结水对测量的影响。
In order to directly measure the temperature in the chamber, based on the kinetic analysis of the thermal decomposition reaction of trace tetrafluoromethane (CF4) in the test gas at high temperature, a fast one-way injection valve Gas was sampled. The concentration of tetrafluoroethane (C2F4), the final product of the reaction, was measured by gas chromatography as a temperature indicator to measure the temperature of the chamber after the shock wave was reflected in the wind tunnel. Applied to the newly developed detonation-driven shock wave chamber temperature measurement results show that its sampling techniques and chemical temperature standard method is applicable. The influence of tube wall condensation water driven by detonation by detonation on the measurement is discussed.
