随着高校招生规模的不断扩大,高校会计专业毕业生面临越来越严峻的就业压力。因此,高校在会计实践教学过程中,必须高度重视教学方法、教学模式的改革和创新。在教学过程中以从业能力作为主要导向实施特色教学,为社会发展培养出适应市场需求的特色型财务会计人才。只有这样才能促进会计专业学生的就业优势得到有效提升,进而实现毕业生就业率的提高。
With the continuous expansion of college enrollment, college accounting graduates are facing more and more serious employment pressure. Therefore, colleges and universities in the accounting practice teaching process, we must attach great importance to teaching methods, teaching reform and innovation.
