饭店的男招待给我们端来了开胃小吃。两片实心圆火腿、酸乳酪和烤蜗牛分别放在三只玲珑剔透的陶瓷小碟中。桌上的小面包筐里还躺着两块烤土司。面对厨师制作的精美小吃,慕名前来的食客们难免胃口大开。接着,上来了土豆鲑鱼千层饼。使我们颇感意外的是,这饼不含一丝面粉,而是由清蒸土豆片和熏制鲑鱼片叠制而成,层与层之间均匀地抹着鱼子酱,堪称艺术品。不起眼的大路货土豆竟也能登大雅之堂,我不禁暗暗称奇。
