《总会计师条例》实施以来,我国经济环境发生了根本性的变化,为我国现有的建筑企业提供了更大的机遇和挑战。由于我国长期受计划经济影响,国内与国外市场长期隔离,在这样一个充满竞争和挑战的环境下,建筑企业的战略规划和实施显得尤为重要。本文从七个方面对施工企业总会计师如何创造性地开展工作进行了阐述。
Since the implementation of the “Chief Accountant Ordinance”, the fundamental changes in the economic environment in our country have provided greater opportunities and challenges for the existing construction enterprises in our country. Due to the long-term impact of planned economy in our country and the long-term isolation of domestic and foreign markets, in such an environment full of competition and challenges, the strategic planning and implementation of construction enterprises is particularly important. This article elaborates on how creatively the chief accountant in a construction enterprise should carry out his work from seven aspects.
