采用皂膜式气体流量装置检定气体小流量仪表的工作原理是(见图1),将所测得的皂膜在定容玻璃制皂膜管中的流量与被校流量表指示进行比较。最早用的皂膜液是将肥皂切成薄片用热水浸泡而成。这种皂膜液存在着起膜厚薄不均,挂壁量大的缺点。
The operation principle of the gas flow meter with small gas flow meter (see Figure 1) is to compare the measured flow rate of the soap film in the constant volume glass soap tube with that of the calibrated flow meter. The earliest soap film is soap cut into thin slices soaked with hot water. This soap film has the film thickness unevenness, the shortcomings of large amount of wall.
