包覆燃料颗粒是高温气冷堆燃料元件的重要组成部分,燃料颗粒(直径约1mm)的尺寸是重要的性能指标。光电测长法采用分辨率为0.02μm的高精度光栅作为传感器,接触式直接量测被测物体,最大限度地减少了测量误差。光电测长系统由光电传感器测试头、样品工作台、台式光栅数显表和微机数据采集处理系统组成。测量200个包覆燃料颗粒尺寸需要30min。测量的重复性偏差为0.05μm。光电测长法完全能满足包覆燃料颗粒尺寸在线检测要求
Coated fuel particles are an important part of the HTGR fuel element. The size of the fuel particles (about 1 mm in diameter) is an important performance indicator. Photoelectric length measuring method uses a high resolution grating with a resolution of 0.02μm as a sensor, and the contact type directly measures the measured object, minimizing the measurement error. Photoelectric length measuring system consists of photoelectric sensor test head, sample bench, table grating digital display and computer data acquisition and processing system. It takes 30 min to measure 200 coated fuel particle sizes. The measured repeatability deviation is 0.05 μm. Photoelectric length measuring method can fully meet the coating particle size online testing requirements
