由于职校生源特点和生源结构,转化学困生成了班主任的工作重心,从“短板效应”中得到启示,谈谈转化学困生的几点做法。
Due to the characteristics of students and the structure of students, the transformational learning difficulties have become the main focus of the class teacher. From the “short board effect,” we can get some inspiration about how to turn students into learning difficulties.
